Extending beyond compliance, ESG is a reflection of our values and mission to create positive change for all stakeholders. Our ESG program is aligned with Precision’s business strategy and with our dedication to environmental preservation, positive social impact, and ethical leadership.

France Gender Equality Index
Under the Act of 5 September 2018, companies in France with more than 50 employees are required to calculate and publish their Gender Equality Index annually. This index is designed to measure gender pay equity within organisations and identify areas for improvement.
At Precision, we are committed to fostering an inclusive and equitable workplace where all employees have equal opportunities to succeed. Ensuring gender equality is a fundamental part of our values, and we continuously strive to enhance our policies and practices to support a fair and diverse workforce.
For the year 2025, based on 2024 data, PRECISION FOR MEDICINE (FR), SAS achieved an overall Gender Equality Index score of 87 out of 100 calculated based on the following indicators.
This year's results reflect our commitments to gender equality and we will continue to strive in this direction.
